Formed originally in 1951 for Boots employees, for many years now we have extended a warm welcome to local amateur musicians. Some ability to sight-read is necessary, along with enthusiasm to perform within an orchestra. Some previous orchestral experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Supported by Boots UK, we give three concerts a year for charity in a variety of locations in the Nottingham area – usually in March, June and November – so that everyone has the chance to come and enjoy them, with all proceeds going to the chosen charity.
